HOM4是用于光學(xué)精密鍍膜機的寬光譜帶域的光學(xué)膜厚監(jiān)控儀。具有與HOM2-RT-S1相同的波長帶域，測光方式也可以自動切換透過，反射模式。由于分光器的小型化實現(xiàn)了節(jié)省空間，成本的目的，設(shè)置空間與原來的HOM2系列一樣。
